Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
By means of the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the applicant has sought for a suitable direction to the learned District and Session Judge, Lalitpur to consider and decide the Criminal Revision No. 146 of 2017, under Sections 397, 399 Cr.P.C., Police Station Kotwali Lalitpur, District Lalitpur.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the aforesaid case is pending and thus a suitable direction may be issued to the concerned Court to decide the same within specific time.
No useful purpose would be served in keeping the application pending, which is finally disposed of with a direction to the learned District and Session Judge, Lalitpur to consider and decide the Criminal Revision No. 146 of 2017, under Sections 397, 399 Cr.P.C., Police Station Kotwali Lalitpur, District Lalitpur, expeditiously, in accordance with law, without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the party, provided there is no legal impediment.
