JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has approached the Pollution Control Board for renewal of the consent. The petitioner is also a holder of quarrying permit. Exts.P1 and P2 are the permits. The above permits are valid upto 10.7.2015. In view of the pendency of application for renewal, the same shall be considered within one month. Till the consent is issued or a decision is taken on the application for consent, no coercive step shall be taken against the petitioner for want of consent from the Pollution Control Board.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
