Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The present writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 10.10.2021 registered as Case Crime No.0387 of 2021 under Sections 4/5/7 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 at Police Station Nichalaul, District Maharajganj. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case.
Mrs. Archna Singh, learned A.G.A. states that chargesheet has already been submitted before the competent court on 27.10.2021. As such, the cause of filing the writ petition no more survives and the writ petition is liable to be dismissed as infructuous.
In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to apply for bail as permissible under law and in accordance with law.
