When the writ petition was posted on 05.11.2014, in view of absence of any representation on behalf of the petitioners, this Court directed the matter to be listed under the caption ‘for dismissal’ by adjourning the writ petition by a week. Today, when the matter was called in the pre-lunch session, none appeared for the petitioners, as such, this Court passed over the matter and even in the post-lunch session now when the matter is taken up, none appears for the petitioners. This indicates that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the writ petition.
For the aforesaid reasons, writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
