JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to array proposed defendants as mentioned in the paragraph 7 of the impleadment application as respondents in the writ petition.
The application for impleadment of the aforesaid persons in Original Suit No.304 of 2004 instituted by the petitioners has been rejected, which order has been affirmed in revision.
The submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that during the pendency of the suit for permanent injunction against the Gaon Sabha. The persons claiming to be allottees of the land have started interfering with their possession and therefore it became necessary to implead them.
Issue notice to the impleaded respondents.
