Sole prayer of the writ petitioner is that the Case No. 1899/1365/1900/1366 (Angad and others Vs. Ram Naresh) under Section 34 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act pending since 03.01.2015 in the court of Tehsildar, Tehsil Tamkuhiraj, be decided within a stipulated period of time.
It is therefore, directed that the Case No. 1899/1365/1900/1366 (Angad and others Vs. Ram Naresh) under Section 34 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act pending since 03.01.2015 in the court of Tehsildar, Tehsil Tamkuhiraj, shall be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
