By means of the present application the applicant who is allegedly apprehending his arrest, seeks anticipatory bail in Case Crime No.143 of 2021, u/s 419, 420, 406 I.P.C., P.S.-Dohrighat, District Mau.
Learned A.G.A. submits that after investigation the police has submitted charge sheet on 30.5.2021 and as such the life of the present anticipatory bail application has come to an end.
Under circumstances, the present anticipatory bail application stands dismissed as infructuous.
