A fresh Vakalatnama has been filed by learned counsel for the petitioner. The same may be taken on record.
The petitioner along with his three brothers namely Saaud Khan, Khurshid Ahmad and Irfan Khan filed an application for being recorded as successors of Wazid Khan. This application was allowed on 4.4.2012. However, at the instance of the respondent-Farida Begum, the order was set aside in the Appeal on 16.2.2018. The Revision filed by the petitioner was also dismissed by order dated 3.8.2018. The petitioner has, therefore, filed the instant writ petition.
The fact as to whether Farida Begum was the wife of Wazid Khan is drawing the attention of the Civil Court in Civil Suit No.86 of 2013. If the petitioner apprehends any creation of third party right, he may file an application in the Suit itself.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
