Learned counsel for the petitioner has absented himself.
This petition is of the year 2017, which has been filed for the following relief:-
"i. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the appointment of respondent no.6 dated 14.12.2016 for the post of the member of Juvenile Justice Board, Firozabad who has been wrongly given appointment on the place of petitioner."
Counsel for the State has taken us from the grounds.The member of the Juvenile Justice Board, Firozabad is under challenge.
We do not find any reason to interfere in well reasoned order appointing respondent no.6 as member of Juvenile Justice Board. These are all in realm of the disputed questions of fact as to whether petitioner is eligible for the post, which cannot be gone into in exercise of writ jurisdiction. Moreover, we cannot turn clock back now after a period of three years.
The petition is dismissed accordingly.
