Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
By means of this writ petition, petitioner seeks directions for expeditious disposal of his mutation case, which has been filed in January 2019.
In my considered opinion, such a long period of time has not elapsed which would justify issuance of such a direction.
The writ petition is dismissed, at this stage.
