JUDGMENT / ORDER

The prayer in this petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India for investigating offences under Sections 323 and 325 of the Indian Penal Code by an independent Investigating Agency does not require any further consideration, keeping it open for the petitioners to take remedy under law at the end of submission of final report by the Investigating Agency.
With the aforesaid observations, this petition is disposed of. Notice is discharged.
