JUDGMENT / ORDER

The limited relief sought for by the petitioner is for permission to pay the amount demanded in Ext.P7, in instalments, for the reason that, the petitioner is under severe financial difficulties. I have heard the learned Government Pleader also. The Government Pleader opposes the grant of instalments.
2. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties, I am satisfied that it is necessary to grant some facility to the petitioner to comply with the direction in Ext.P7.
This writ petition is, therefore, disposed of permitting the petitioner to pay the amount demanded in Ext.P7 in ten equal monthly instalments, the first instalment to be paid on or before 30.12.2014. The subsequent instalments shall be paid on or before the last working day of each succeeding month thereafter. In the event of the petitioner committing default in payment of any of the instalments, the authorities shall be at liberty to take further action for recovery of the entire amount due to them.
