A perusal of order sheet reveals that the case is now being posted for recording of evidence of the plaintiff.
Having regard to the facts of the case and the submissions made, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to make serious endeavour to decide the suit expeditiously, by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments to the parties.
