The detenue has been produced. We questioned the detenue. According to the detenue, she had got married to the petitioner under the Special Marriage Act. Ext.P1 is the certificate of marriage. According to the detenue, she is not under any illegal detention by anybody. She also expressed her desire to go and live with the petitioner.
Since the petitioner submits that she is not under any illegal detention, we do not find grounds to issue any further orders in this matter. We make it clear that the detenue shall be at liberty to go with whosoever she chooses.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
