JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner approached the District Collector by Ext.P1 alleging that the fourth respondent is operating a quarry without any permission and valid licence. The petitioner also approached the Geologist by Ext.P2.
In view of the above, the Geologist shall take appropriate decision in the matter after hearing the petitioner and the fourth respondent. If it is found that the fourth respondent is operating the quarry without any permission, immediate action shall be taken to stop the activities.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
