HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.32612 of 2014 ORDER:
The petitioner is an association of Andhra Pradesh Document Writers. Ventilating their grievance, representation was submitted on 15.09.2014 which was acknowledged in the office of the Honourable Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh on 15.09.2014. The copies of the representation were also submitted to the Chief Secretary, Secretariat, Hyderabad (1st respondent) and the Commissioner and Inspector General, Registration and Stamps Department, State of Andhra Pradesh (3rd respondent). The grievance of the petitioner necessitating institution of this writ petition is that the grievance of the petitioner is not attended to so far and on account of the delay caused in attending to the grievance of the petitioner, grave prejudice is caused. Unless the requisite licenses are granted to the members of the petitioner association, they cannot carry on their avocation. Therefore, delay in disposal is causing lot of hardship.
2. Having regard to the said submission, without expressing any opinion on merits, Respondents 2 and 3 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, as warranted by law, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. With the above observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
