ORDER:
This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order, dated 05.12.2013, in WPMP.No.43202 of 2013 in Writ Petition No.29470 of 2013.
After perusing the respective pleadings of the parties and after hearing the learned counsel representing them, this Court is of the opinion that no case of contempt is made out against either of the two respondents. Therefore, the Contempt Case is dismissed, however, without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to pursue the pending O.Ps before the competent Court.
