JUDGMENT / ORDER

IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT HYDERABAD FOR THE STATE OF TELANGANA & THE STATE OF ANDHRA PRADESH (Special Original Jurisdiction) THURSDAY, THE SIXTH DAY OF NOVEMBER TWO THOUSAND AND FOURTEEN PRESENT THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No. 31759 of 2014 BETWEEN Adarsh college of Nursing and others AND Andhra Pradesh Admission and Fee Regulatory Committee and others ... PETITIONERS ...RESPONDENTS The Court made the following:
ORDER:
Heard.
2. The request of the petitioners herein is similar to W.P.No.29430 of 2014, which was disposed of on 31.10.2014. Though the petitioners herein are questioning the notice given by respondent No.1, dated 02.09.2014 during the hearing of this matter, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he would be satisfied that if the application of the petitioner is considered by respondent No.1.
3. Mr.C.Sudesh Anand, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.1, submits that respondent No.1 had given repeated notification giving opportunity to the colleges to submit their proposal along with the necessary data such as cash book, ledgers, bank statements etc. Learned standing counsel also states that as soon as the proposal is received, the proposal will have to be verified with reference to the documents produced by the respective institutions and then after obtaining report from the chartered accountant, personal hearing will be given to each institution and appropriate orders would be passed. Since respondent No.1 is following the said procedure in every case where proposal is received, learned standing counsel submits that in the present case also appropriate steps will be taken provided petitioner files the requisite data also along with the proposal and deposits the processing fee.
Writ petition is, therefore, disposed of permitting the petitioner to approach respondent No.1 with his proposal together with the relevant data so as to enable respondent No.1 to examine and verify the same and then pass appropriate orders expeditiously preferably within two months from the date of receipt of proposal together with the data. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
