Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Smt. Anchal petitioner No.1 appears in person before the Court. She has been identified by Sri Ram Babu Tiwari, Advocate. She claims herself to be major. In support of her age she has filed her Mark-sheet of Class IX, in which her date of birth is mentioned as 10.6.2000. She states that she has voluntarily married to Vijay Kumar petitioner No.2.
In view of the statement of Anchal petitioner No.1, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the petitioners shall not be arrested in Case Crime No. 24 of 2019 under Section 366 IPC PS- Ratanpuri, District- Muzaffar Nagar till the submission of police report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C.
The petitioners shall co-operate with the police during investigation.
