Shri Habib Ahmad, Advocate has filed his vakalatnama on behalf of the Opposite Party No.2 today in Court, which is taken on record.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State as well as Shri Habib Ahmad, learned counsel for the Opposite Party No.2 and perused the record.
This application under Section 482 CrPC has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to direct the learned court below to decide the Complaint No. 138 of 2018, under Sections 12, 13, 19, 17, 18, 22, 20, 23 of D.V. Act, Police Station Kotwali Sambhal, District Sambhal within stipulated period.
Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the complaint has been filed by the applicant in the year 2018 and the proceeding has been pending since then and has been lingering-on on one pretext or the other.
In view of the above, learned court below is expected to make all endeavours to decide the aforesaid case as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of filing of certified copy of this order without giving any unnecessary adjournments to either parties and there is no other legal impediment in deciding the aforesaid case.
With the aforesaid direction, this application under Section 482 CrPC is finally disposed of.
