The present habeas corpus petition has been filed by petitioner no. 2 with a prayer for directing the respondent no. 4 to produce the Anchal @ Gaurav (Corpus) before the Court and set at liberty.
After arguing at some length learned counsel for the petitioner states that he wants to withdraw the present habeas corpus petition and shall seek remedy before the Division Bench of this Court in respect of fair investigation and recovery of the corpus in Crime no. 247 of 2017, u/s 363 I.P.C., P.S. Nawabganj, District Farrukhabad on which directions have been issued by the Division Bench of this Court in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition no. 6295 of 2018.
Accordingly, the present habeas corpus is dismissed as withdrawn without any liberty to file fresh for the same cause of action.
