Respondent (Crime No.12 of 2014) Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to set aside the order dated 17.02.2017 and made in Crl.M.P.No.139 of 2017 in S.C.No.168 of 2015 pending trial on the file of the Fast Track Mahila Court at Tiruvannamalai and direct the trial Court to recall PW2 and PW8 for the purpose of cross-examination by the petitioner.
