O R D E R
The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition praying to direct the respondent to comply with the order of the Joint Registrar / Revisional Officer, Tiruvarur passed on 30.11.2012 based on petitioner's representation dated 20.01.2013.
2. According to the petitioner that the petitioner was allowed to retire on 30.11.2007 by the order of Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies / Revisional Authority, dated 30.11.2012, by setting aside the dismissal order. The Revisional Authority further directed the respondent herein to grant retirement benefit to the petitioner along with interest, but so far no order has been passed. Hence, the petitioner has made a representation to the respondent on 20.01.2013, to comply with the said order, dated 30.11.12012, but no action has been taken by the respondent. Therefore, the petitioner has filed the present Writ petition with the aforesaid prayer.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that it is suffice to direct the respondent to consider the his representation, within a reasonable time that may be fixed by this Court.
4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.01.2013 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
