Heard Shri Raj Karan Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner- applicant.
This application has been filed for modifying the order dated 21.5.2018 precisely on the ground that in the writ petition, two reliefs had been asked for and while deciding the writ petition, only first relief has been accorded by this Court. By the second relief, the petitioner has prayed for issuing direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to issue a fresh Khatauni showing the share of the petitioner half instead of 1/7 in total area of Plot Nos.362, 363, 334, 335.
The Court has perused the grounds taken in the review application in question and the order dated 21.5.2018 passed by this Court and finds that for the second relief the petitioner is at liberty to move an appropriate application for redressal of her grievance. In case any such application is moved then definitely the same would be redressed/remedied by the competent authority taking into account the version of all the stake holders in the property in dispute.
The application is disposed of, accordingly.
