This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C praying to quash the registration of FIR in Crime No.32/2018 on the file of the II ACMM, Bengaluru filed by the respondent No.1 under Sections 506, 34, 467, 120B, 468, 420, 463, 471, 464 of IPC.
