The petitioner has approached this Court with a prayer to direct the respondent to re- issue the temporary permit to the petitioner's stage carriage No.KL 17/A 9680 on the route Kunjithai - Ernakulam South, in the vacant timings of stage carriage bearing No.KL-07/AN 3153. 2. If no other person having a better claim has applied for the re-issuance of temporary permit, there will be a direction to the respondent to re-issue a temporary permit of four months duration to the petitioner's stage carriage No.KL 17/A 9680, within a week from the date of production of a copy of this judgment by passing appropriate orders on Ext.P2. Needless to say, such issuance of WP(C).30870/14 2 temporary permit will be subject to the preferential claim, if any.
Writ petition is disposed of as above.
