Anas vs Union

(Per : HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE MR.BHASKAR BHATTACHARYA) Our attention has been drawn to the fact that the Supreme Court, on an application for transfer, has directed that six different matters pending in different High Courts involving similar point should be heard by that Court.

In such circumstances, we adjourn the matter for the time being to enable the parties to approach that Court for transfer of the present matter also. The plain copy of the order of the Supreme Court dated 23rd April 2010 be placed with the record.
