The petitioner sought review of the judgment stating that the school authorities had already recommended for correcting the Central Board of Secondary School Examination (CBSE) Certificate. The petitioner relies on Ext.P5. Therefore, the judgment is required to be reviewed.
2. I have gone through Ext.P5. Ext.P5 is the format of the application for correction of date of birth. The school authorities to pass separate reasoned order based on Ext.P5 and forward the same to the first respondent. Therefore, the school authorities are bound to comply with the directions and pass appropriate orders and forward the same to the first respondent for compliance.
R.P.No.1011 of 2014 in W.P.(C) No.18478 of 2014 2 In view of the above, I do not find any error apparent in the judgment. The review petition is disposed of clarifying the above judgment.
