After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition at this stage as he wants to await the viscera report which has been preserved and sent to Chemical Analyst.
In view of the above, the present writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
