The grievance of the petitioner is that his land has been acquired by the respondent no.3 for the planned development. It is stated that the respondent no.3 has taken a resolution to allot 5% of the developed land subject to the certain conditions. The petitioner claims that he is also entitled for the benefit under the said resolution.
It is stated that the petitioner has moved a representation but such representation has not been brought on record.
Having regard to the fact that the petitioner is a farmer, we are of the view that his grievance be considered by the respondent no.3 in accordance with law preferably within four months. The petitioner is granted liberty to file a fresh representation along with a certified copy of this order within three weeks from today.
The writ petition is disposed of.
