The present applicant - original accused has filed this application for early hearing of Criminal Appeal No.542 of 2005.
MR.P.B.Khambholja, learned advocate appearing for the applicant submitted that present applicant is going to retire in the year 2013. It is submitted that the applicant has one son, who is suffering from paralysis. The applicant is the sole person, who is taking care of his family. He further submitted that looking to the said facts the appeal is required to be heard as early as possible.
I have perused list of pendency of appeals. This Court is now dealing with the Appeal of 2001-2002. Office is directed to list Criminal Appeal No.542 of 2005 in seriatim. Accordingly, this application is disposed of.
