The petitioner seeks transfer of registry without insisting for online application. The petitioner claims title over the property based on Ext.P1. It is submitted that there are some practical difficulties for effecting online application on account of non-obtaining record of right.
Considering the facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to accept the application submitted by the petitioner and effect transfer of registry in accordance with law without insisting for online application. Needful shall be done within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
