4. Mr.V.T.Sriramappa Aged about 51 years S/o Patel Thimmaiah Presently residing at Veerasandra Village, Attibele Hobli, Anekal Taluk – 562106.
5. Mr.V.T.Venkataraju Aged about 46 years S/o Patel Thimmaiah Presently residing at Veerasandra Village, Attibele Hobli, Anekal Taluk – 562106.

...RESPONDENTS This Writ Petition is field under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the Hon’ble Karnataka State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission to dispose of by passing suitable judgment, the complaint filed in Comp.No.99/2014 (Annexure-A) pending on the file of said Commission, within a period of two weeks.
This Writ Petition coming on for Preliminary Hearing this day, the Court made the following:-
O R D E R The petitioner interalia seeks a direction to the Karnataka State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission to decide the complaint filed by the petitioner which is pending before it since 2013 within the time bound manner.
2. When the matter is taken up today, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the arguments before the Karnataka State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission have already been concluded and orders have to be passed.
3. In view of the aforesaid submission and in the facts and circumstances of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the Karnataka State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission to pass orders on the Complaint No.99/2014 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
No costs.
