ORDER:
Petitioner’s grievance is against the inaction of the second respondent in taking steps to issue pattedar passbooks and title deeds in spite of his representation dated 21.01.2014.
2. Learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that petitioner’s application is not in the prescribed proforma under Form-6A r/w Rules 18 and 19 of the Rules framed under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act. If the petitioner applies, accordingly, by paying the requisite fee as per the procedure in Mee-seva, the Tahsildar would consider such request of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders as per law.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner also accepts that petitioner would apply accordingly by paying the requisite fee.
In view of that, the writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to apply accordingly and if such an application is made, the Tahsildar, second respondnet, shall consider the same, in accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders expeditiously.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
