Supplementary affidavit filed today by the counsel for the petitioner is taken on record.
The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the court below to decide the restoration application registered as Misc. Case No. 50 of 2015 within a specified time frame. The restoration application has been filed by the petitioner for restoration of Original Suit No.1866 of 1995.
A perusal of the order sheet reveals that the Presiding Officer is presently undergoing training and the next date fixed is 10.10.2019.
Having regard to the facts of the case, the instant is disposed of by providing that the application in question be decided expeditiously, preferably within a period of 12 weeks from the date the Presiding Officer resumes his work after completing the training.
