JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE P.B.MAJMUDAR) Learned counsel Mr.Pawan Barot appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3 states that respondent Nos.2 and 3 will approach the Income Tax Department once again within a period of one week from today and shall try to see that if anything is required to be done at the end of the said respondents in the matter of executing the sale deed, they will cooperate with the Income Tax Department in this behalf. Ms.Paurami Sheth, learned counsel for the Income Tax Department states that the dispute can be sorted out; if anything is required to be clarified by the concerned auction purchaser, he may clarify the same to the Income Tax Department and thereafter, the Income Tax Department may proceed further to execute the sale deed. It is submitted by Ms.Sheth that the Income Tax Department will take four weeks time to finalize the issue. The respondent department may finalize the issue at the earliest in connection with executing the sale deed in favour of respondent Nos.2 and 3 and it is hope that by the next date, the issue will be sorted out in this behalf.
The matter is adjourned for eight weeks.
