Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri M.K.Kushwaha, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-U.P. State Bridge Corporation Ltd.
The petitioner's grievance is with regard to non- payment of Gratuity. He was daily wager and work charged employee in the Corporation from 01.01.1975 to 31.03.1989. The petitioner has already made a representation on 05.03.2018 to the respondent no. 3 which has already been forwarded to the respondent no. 2 for taking a decision in the matter.
This writ petition is disposed of, without entering into the merits of the controversy, with a direction to the respondent no. 2 (Secretary, Group Gratuity Trust, U.P. State Bridge Corporation Ltd., Lucknow) to look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass a reasoned and speaking order preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
In case the petitioner is entitled to certain dues, the same shall be paid within a further period of one month.
