1. Heared Sri I.K.Chaturvedi, Senior Advocate assisted by Sri G.S.Srivastava, learned counsel for revisionist, learned A.G.A. for State of U.P. and perused the record.
2. This criminal revision has arisen from order dated 28.8.1993 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Karvi, Banda, adding Section 452 IPC in the case already pending, on the basis of perusal of record and statement of witnesses.
3. Learned counsel for revisionist contended that there are contradictory statements therefore addition of section is not justified.
4. In my view mere addition of certain provision does not render order revisable as merits of the case are yet to be examined, therefore, no interference is called for.
5. Dismissed.
6. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
