The only prayer made in this writ petition is that all three suits alleged to have been filed by Brahmanand Mishra respondent no.1 and are said to be pending in the same court of Vth Additional Civil Judge (J.D.) Basti, be consolidated and tried together.
The petitioners have not moved any application to this effect before the court concerned. It is hoped that in case petitioners move such an application before the court concerned it will consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law on the aforesaid application as expeditiously as possible.
The petitioner is also given liberty to apply for expedite hearing of all the suits which prayer shall also be considered by the court concerned in accordance with law.
Writ petition disposed of accordingly.
