Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J.
Sri Ravindra Singh, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the representation of the applicant has been decided in compliance of the order of writ court and his retiral dues have been paid.
Let instruction be brought on record by means of an affidavit.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant has received payment. However, he has certain objection regarding the calculation of dues.
The Court is of the opinion that the matter of calculation of dues and interest thereupon can be adjudicated in some other proceeding, as may be advised.
As the claim of the applicant has been decided and the retiral dues have been paid and it is admitted, the court is of the opinion that the compliance has been made of the order of writ court dated 25.01.2021 and no more any cause survives to maintain the contempt application.
Contempt application is accordingly consigned to record with aforesaid liberty.
