1. Rule.
Heard Mr. N.P. Chaudhary for applicants - 0rigilal respondent Nos. 1 to 3. Though name of Mr. K.D.Vasavada, learned Advocate appears on record representing respondent Nos. 1, 1.2.1 to 1.2.8, 1.3.1 to 1.3.4, 2, 2.2.1 to 2.2.4, Mr. Chaudhary, learned Counsel appearing for the applicants submits that Mr. Vasavada has no instructions in the matter and does not appear. Mr. Ronak Rawal, learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 3 to 5. Considering the prayers prayed for in the application, the presence of private parties is not necessary and with consent of the learned Advocates appearing for the respective parties the matter is taken up for final disposal forthwith.
2. Considering the fact that the matter is pending for its adjudication since 1994, the main matter is fixed for final hearing in the week beginning from 30.07.2012.
3. With this observation, the Civil Application stands disposed of. Rule made absolute accordingly with no order as to costs.
