By means of this writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution, the petitioner has prayed for following relief:-
"(i) Direct the trial court (Civil Judge, Junior Division, Mirzapur) to decide the original Suit No. 202 of 2021 (Anandi Jaiswal v. Ram Sajivan) within a stipulated period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court."
The suit is of the year, 2021. The evidence of the parties has not yet been completed. This is widely known fact that Covid is prevailing in the country and the state for the last one year and the judicial work of the courts below are also affected.
In such circumstances, no direction can be issued fixing time bound period for disposal of the suit.
The petition is dismissed at this stage.
