Anandbhai vs Kantaben

Request to delete name of respondent no. 35, who has passed away, since has already been allowed on 16th May 2011 in Regular Civil Appeal No. 64 of 2010, the same is repeated here, is acceded to. As far as Shri Himanshuprasad Vishnuprasad Thakar, who has also filed Civil Appeal before the District Court, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that he shall file necessary application separately for impleading him as party-respondent.
