The petitioner complains of delay in considering Exhibit P3 application for the reissue of a temporary permit on the strength of which the petitioner has been conducting services on the route Mundakathode-Thrikadaripoli. The learned Government Pleader points out that, as per the judgment in W.P.(C) 13275 of 2014, I have directed the respondent to consider the objections submitted by the petitioners therein, while reissuing the temporary permit to the petitioner. For the purpose, proceedings are being initiated and would be completed within a short time, it is assured. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider Exhibit P3 application for temporary permit submitted by the petitioner together with the objections of the petitioners in W.P.(C) No.13275 of W.P.(C) No.14766 of 2014-U -:2:-
2014 and to pass appropriate orders in the matter, in accordance with law as, expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of ten days of the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The temporary permit will be issued only after settling the timings.
