JUDGMENT / ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to call for records relating to the impugned order dated 13.02.2017 and quash the same, by way of issuing a writ of certiorari.
2.Mr.D.Muruganandam, learned Additional Government Pleader, has taken notice for the respondent.
3.It is seen from the impugned order that by way of flouting existing rules, the petitioner has put up a larger building. Under the said circumstances, the impugned notice has been issued.
4.The main contention putforth on the side of the petitioner is that the petitioner has not been given sufficient opportunity to putforth his case.
5.Considering the reason given in the impugned order and also considering the grievance expressed on the side of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to pass the following order.
6.In fine, the petitioner is directed to give representation to the respondent forthwith and the respondent is directed to dispose of the same within a period of two days. With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
