This Civil Revision Petition is filed for an early disposal of H.M.O.P.No.1481 of 2015 pending on the file of Principal Family Court, Coimbatore.
2. From the docket order, it could be seen that the petition was presented on 30.12.2015. After service, the matter was referred for counselling and thereafter, to mediation. After exhausting the alternative dispute resolution methods, the matter was referred back to Court on 03.04.2017. Immediately, the Court has posted the matter for enquiry on 04.05.2017 and finally on 03.07.2017, the matter was further adjourned for enquiry on 14.07.2017, with an endorsement "no further adjournment".
3. From the perusal of the above entries, it is very clear that the Principal Family Court, Coimbatore is dealing with the matter regularly. In such circumstances, the prayer sought for by the petitioner is not sustainable and the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs.
