JUDGMENT / ORDER

When the above anticipatory bail application came up for consideration, the learned Public Prosecutor fairly submitted that at present no crime is registered against the petitioner. In view of this submission, it appears that the apprehension of the petitioner that he will be arrested in some crime is without any factual basis. Sri.R.Gopan, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is facing series of harassment at the hands of the Police authorities and in case the Police authorities register any further crime against him, they may be directed to issue notice under Section 41A of Cr.P.C. As of now this Court cannot presume that the authorities concerned will not act in accordance with law. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is closed recording the submission of the learned Public Prosecutor. Sd/-
