JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) The present application has been preferred by the applicant - convict for temporary bail on the ground that he wants to attend the marriage of his own daughter.
Pursuant to the earlier order passed by this Court, learned APP based on the report received from Police Sub Inspector, Thangadh, District: Surendranagar states that the marriage is fixed and ground is genuine.
Jail report shows that earlier he was released on bail and he has surrendered in time.
Under the circumstances, the applicant be released on temporary bail for a period of 10 days from the date of his actual release on personal bond of Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount and with the further direction that upon the expiry of the period, he shall surrender with the jail authority.
Application is allowed to the aforesaid extent. Rule made absolute. Direct service is permitted.
