This writ petition is filed only in the apprehension that petitioners will be dispossessed, however, there is no averment about whether any proceedings according to the Law, initiated against the petitioners.
Therefore, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in this writ petition.
However, in case, if petitioners are in illegal possession, the concerned authority may dispossess the petitioners but only according to due process of law.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
