JUDGMENT / ORDER

The matter is taken up through Video Conferencing.
The grievance raised by the petitioner is against the action of respondent-Bank under Section 13 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Securities Interest Act, 2002.
At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of petition with liberty to avail the remedy of appeal under Section 17 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002.
Prayer is allowed.
Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the said liberty.
